It was designed by Gear Up Foundation and Keith De Cesare of Art Aid, to represent the hundreds of selfless acts and courage that were born on 09/11/01.  The names of all those who stood up for America that day have a home on this flag with an insignia adjoining their name with a symbol highlighting the profession they honored or where they took a stand for America that day.
